Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
- Each user may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account termination.
- Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory. Providing false information may result in account suspension or closure.
- 249 may request necessary documents for identity verification at any time.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential.
- Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account must be reported to 249 immediately.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited: fraudulent conduct, use of bots or automated software, attempting to exploit platform security vulnerabilities, collecting other users' information, money laundering or use of illegal funds, and any other unethical or unlawful activity. Involvement in any such activity will result in immediate account closure and potential forfeiture of balances.
Payment, Transaction & Bonus Terms
All financial transactions on the 249 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Designated payment methods must be used for deposits and withdrawals. Approved methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and others are accepted.
For deposits, funds will be credited to your account once verification is complete. Processing times apply to withdrawal requests. Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be made.
Any transaction discrepancies or issues must be reported to the support team immediately. Claims related to transactions older than 72 hours may not be accepted.
- Bonus offers are subject to specific wagering requirements. Reading the applicable terms before accepting any bonus is mandatory.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limitations
249 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

- Extended Inactivity
If an account is closed, any verified balance will be returned through the standard refund process; however, bonus balances will be forfeited.
249 is not liable for the following:
- Loss or damage resulting from technical errors or server outages
- Loss of a game or betting session due to internet disconnection
- Third-Party Payment Service Issues
- Issues arising from the user's own device or network
- Unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events
